Treten Networks Limited is firmly committed to ensuring the continuous operation of essential business functions and safeguarding critical resources in the face of unforeseen disruptions or emergencies. This BCP serves as our guiding framework to achieve resilience, preparedness, and effective response, thereby safeguarding our business and meeting the needs of our stakeholders.

Our objectives under this policy encompass various critical areas. Firstly, we prioritize the development and maintenance of a robust Business Continuity Plan (BCP) that identifies our vital functions, essential resources, and well-defined recovery strategies. This BCP serves as our roadmap to ensure the uninterrupted delivery of products and services to our clients and partners.

Recognizing the importance of proactive risk management, we commit to regularly assessing potential risks and vulnerabilities. We take prompt action to mitigate identified risks and maintain a comprehensive risk management framework that aligns with industry best practices.

In response to emergencies, we have established clear and efficient emergency response procedures. Our primary focus is on ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, clients, partners, and stakeholders. These procedures include evacuation plans, first-aid measures, and a streamlined incident reporting system.

To address facility-related disruptions, we identify and secure alternative workspaces, equipment, and resources. This ensures that our critical business functions can continue, even in cases of office closures or infrastructure failures.

Furthermore, we implement robust data backup and recovery procedures to protect critical data and information assets. Regular backups are conducted to ensure data availability during recovery efforts, minimizing downtime.

Effective communication is paramount during disruptive incidents. We have established communication protocols, including designated channels, contact lists, and emergency notification systems, to keep all stakeholders informed and updated promptly.

Our commitment to resilience extends to our workforce. We conduct regular testing and simulation exercises to evaluate the effectiveness of our BCP. Employees receive comprehensive training and awareness programs to ensure they are well-prepared and understand their roles and responsibilities in a business continuity scenario.

Roles and responsibilities are clearly defined within our organization. A designated Business Continuity Manager oversees the BCP’s development and maintenance. Department heads collaborate by identifying critical functions and supporting BCP implementation, while all employees are expected to adhere to BCP procedures, participate in training, and promptly report incidents.

We emphasize the importance of continual improvement. Therefore, we commit to regularly review and update this BCP to align with evolving best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging threats. Reviews will be conducted at least annually or as necessitated by changing circumstances.

This Business Continuity Policy is communicated to all employees, partners, and stakeholders. Their adherence to its principles is fundamental to our collective resilience and success.
